Mary-Louise seizes every opportunity to learn and expand her creative vison. She travels, studies and experiments with her mediums. She is both a musician and visual artist. She has been showing her work extensively for over 10 years. She teaches visual art clasess, co-owns and operates a gallery (Shutter & Brush) as well as continuing to produce her own work.
Mary-Louise is fascinated with the potential and character of each medium, and the limitless possibilities from which each new stroke is born, this is reflected in the experimental nature of much of her work.

Acrylic Education Philosophy:"Learning is stimulating, exhilerating and inspiring. The creative process expands when new ideas, materials and techniques are known and avialable. On a purely creative artistic level, ongoing education is imperative. Keeping abreast of new developments in materials can be a challenge for busy artists, especially in today's rapidly changing world of acrylics. Educational initiatives from the industry can help artists stay current, and their art stay fresh, relevant and vigorous."
