Sharlena Wood

Born to inpire, Sharlena is an intuitive creator and motivator, teacher and art materials consultant. Passionate about drawing, painting, and experimental techniques, it is her gift to pass on confidence and encourage people to nurture and trust their own creative instincts.

Being versatile in all media and styles has earned her the nicknamed The mixed media vixen by Rheni Tauchid, Artist & Author, who featured Sharlena's mixed media work in her second book: The New Acrylics Essential Resource: Materials, Techniques, and Contemporary Applications for Today's Artist.

Sharlena is founder of the Interactive Art Entertainment Company, Shared Palette Inc. Created with a love of collaboration and teaching, Sharlena invites guests at special events to help the artist finish a painting in progress and offers a moment to be artistic and to indulge in the enchanted possibilities of art.
