True Colour Gesso is an artist quality ground made with 100% artist quality emulsion, titanium white and calcium carbonate. It has excellent adhesion to surfaces and will not lift, crack or chip from the surface. It is suitable for a variety of supports such as canvas, wood, and paper. True Colour Gesso is bright white, for a highly reflective ground. It may be tinted with acrylic colours. It will dry matte, white and opaque in finish, with a tooth that can be sanded to provide a smoother surface.
Gesso prepares surfaces for painting and other applications. Priming a surface with gesso is highly recommended for all surfaces. It prevents paint from being absorbed into the surface, therefore reducing the amount of paint consumed. It creates a slightly porous ground, suitable for acrylics, oils and mixed media.

True Colour Gel Mediums have the same creaminess and consistency of True Colour acrylic colours. Gel Mediums are useful at every stage of the painting process as a ground, for extending colour as well as creating thick impasto textures and glazes. Made with 100% acrylic emulsion, True Colour Gel Mediums have superior texture capabilities, adhesion and film integrity. These qualities make them the ideal medium for collage, mixed media and craft applications such as decoupage. They mix beautifully with colours and can be thinned with water for thinner applications or used as a clear, water-fast seal for paintings and sculpture. Both the Gloss and Matte Gel Medium are milky-white in the jar and dry clear. The Matte Gel with dry with less clarity than the Gloss Gel.
True Colour Polymers are water-resistant and non-yellowing when dry. They may be used as a final top coat on acrylic paintings if a unified, glossy finish is desired, or to thin and extend colours.
Matte Polymer Medium is a pourable, fluid acrylic medium with a light tooth and matte finish. Use to extend colours and increase the flow of acrylic colours.
Matte Polymer will decrease the gloss colours and mediums when mixed in or used as a final layer. The medium will retain brush strokes and subtle textures. It is white when wet and will dry matte with reduced clarity.
True Colour Matte Polymer is an excellent adhesive for collage, is ideal for acrylic transfers and mixed media drawing grounds.
Gloss Polymer Medium is a pourable, fluid acrylic medium with a glossy finish. Use to extend colours and to increase the flow of colours by reducing the viscosity. It will retain brush strokes and subtle textures, is white when wet and dries transparent with very good clarity.
