Orders within Canada are shipped via UPS or Purolator. Rates are calculated based on weight and package size. We offer free shipping on orders over $89 (before tax). Please note we cannot ship to a PO Box.

Orders to the United States: Due to the ongoing tariff situation with the US we are currently not shipping directly to the customers in United States. Please refer to our where to buy map to find your nearest American Tri-Art retailer. 

Shipping to the EU are shipped via UPS at the rate selected at checkout. Rates are calculated based on weight and package size. Any applicable customs charges will be added to the order at checkout.

Orders to the rest of the world are shipped via UPS at the rate selected at checkout. Rates are calculated based on weight and package size.  Any applicable duties/taxes will be the responsibility of the customer, to be paid at the time of import.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

L’un des aspects les plus intéressants du travail de l’acrylique de nos jours réside dans toutes les options d’expérimentation basées sur des médiums acryliques amusants ! Dans ce pack, j'ai inclus un liquide de masquage que vous pouvez utiliser pour masquer des zones d'une peinture tout en créant un sol crépitant qui vous donnera des effets de craquelure sympas dans votre peinture (assurez-vous simplement de l'appliquer comme couche de base, jamais au top !) et trois médiums de texture Re-récoltés différents !

J'ai utilisé du liquide de masquage dans mon travail pour garder un arrière-plan propre, pour laisser les zones intactes par la peinture en aérosol et même pour obtenir des lignes nettes sur les applications de feuilles d'or. Assurez-vous toujours de faire quelques tests avec cela pour vous assurer qu'il ne détachera pas votre peinture de la surface, mais une fois que vous l'aurez compris, cela peut être très amusant !

Le sol crépitant est l’un de mes médiums préférés de tous les temps et je l’utilise beaucoup dans mon travail. Pour de meilleurs résultats, appliquez sur un panneau bien apprêté (ce produit ne fonctionne pas très bien sur la toile ou le papier), versez-le dessus et lissez doucement avec un couteau à palette si nécessaire. Pour les petites fissures, appliquez une fine couche, pour les plus grandes fissures, appliquez une couche plus épaisse. Il y a beaucoup d'expérimentations amusantes à faire avec ce médium, assurez-vous simplement de ne pas l'appliquer sur une peinture finie car il est complètement opaque lorsqu'il sèche !!!

La série Re-harvested de Tri-Art est l’une des raisons pour lesquelles je suis tombé amoureux de l’entreprise. Ces trois médiums de texture sont uniques et offrent des textures très différentes à votre peinture et ils sont fabriqués à partir de matériaux recyclés ! Ils peuvent être mélangés avec de la peinture, repeints ou même simplement utilisés tels quels pour ajouter quelque chose à votre peinture.
