Manganese Blue Hue is a safe and economical replacement for genuine barium manganate, a pigment no longer available due to its toxicity. This expertly formulated hue utilizes phthalo blue (green shade) and unbleached titanium dioxide white to replicate this now lost pigment. Our Manganese Blue Hue is a rich, deep blue, similar in value to other mineral blues like Cobalt and Ultramarine, but green-leaning in undertone and more opaque.
