Dioxane Violet is a strongly red leaning violet, with a nearly black mass tone. Use as a mixing compliment for creating intensely saturated colours. With a tinting power matched only by the Phthalo pigments, it readily holds up to mixtures with titanium white. Use as a glaze to bring out its true violet colour.
