Pigment Description

Phthalo Green (Yellow Shade) is often neglected sibling of Phthalo Green (Blue Shade).  If you're looking for colour that can hold its own when mixed with Titanium Dioxide White, consider Phthalo Green (Yellow Shade) as your warm shade green in place of  weaker, earthier greens like Chrome Oxide, Sap, Hookers and Viridian. Although completely transparent, the incredibly high tinting strength of Phthalo Green (Yellow Shade) allows you to build strong passages of colour. Use as a glaze to bring out its bright Emerald, yellow-leaning green undertone or as mixing compliment for vibrant colours.

The color is extemely light. Almost pastel. Maybe the wrong label is on this?
It's nothing like the Color Swatch on the label. This is not accurate marketing.
