Why Factory Direct Matters

When you buy paint through a retailer, you pay for three margins stacked on top of the cost of making the product: the manufacturer's, the distributor's, and the retailer's. Each layer adds 20 to 40 percent.

We're the manufacturer. By selling direct, we cut two of those layers out and pass the savings to the buyer. The same product, made in the same plant, costs meaningfully less when you skip the supply chain that exists to serve homeowners walking into a paint store.
