Accessibility policy
Tri-Art Manufacturing Inc. meets its obligations under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) and the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (O. Reg. 191/11). Our commitments include:
- Providing goods, services and facilities in a way that respects dignity, independence, integration and equal opportunity.
- Communicating with people in ways that take their disability into account, and welcoming assistive devices, service animals and support persons.
- Training our employees and volunteers on the AODA standards and on the Ontario Human Rights Code as it relates to people with disabilities.
- Accommodating employees with disabilities throughout their employment, including individual accommodation plans and individualized workplace emergency response information.
- Reviewing this policy at least once every five years.

Accessible formats and communication supports
On request, we will provide or arrange information and communications in accessible formats or with communication supports. We provide these in a timely manner that takes your needs into account, and at no extra cost. We will consult with you to find the format or support that works best.
Formats and supports we can readily provide include:
- Large print
- Accessible electronic documents (tagged PDF or Word)
- Plain-language summaries
- Reading or scribing assistance
If you need something we do not list, contact us and we will work with you to find a suitable alternative.
