I LOVE this colour, and usually pair it with a variety of reds. The high pigment load enables High-viscosity Phthalocyanine Turquoise Light to stand up to the strongest reds I pair it with, and the thick texture gives me infinite options for application. Like I said, I LOVE it!

Pigment Description
In the late 18th century Sir Anthony Van Dyck's name became synonymous with earth pigments originally sourced from ancient peat deposits. In this modern update, synthetic brown iron oxide is used in place of the original chemically unstable Van Dyke Brown. A classical colour for mixing dark shades in place of black, it runs slightly cool, with a green undertone.
