What is covered (Satisfaction Guarantee)
If you are not satisfied within 30 days of delivery (or purchase date for in-store receipts), you can request a replacement or a refund for eligible purchases.
Eligibility
Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt). Limit one satisfaction claim per household per 12 months. Product should be used only in a reasonable amount needed to evaluate it (guideline: up to 25% used).
Not covered under the Satisfaction Guarantee
Final sale or clearance items, gift cards, special order items, and issues caused by misuse, improper storage, or normal wear.
Defect-Free Replacement Warranty
If a product is defective, we will replace it at no cost after verification. We may request photos, the batch code or lot number, and the unused portion for inspection.

Contact us through the contact form. Please include the product name and size, your order number or receipt, a brief description, and photos when possible.
