Despite emailing to ask the company to help me recover a surface that was damaged by 'liquid glass' I failed to find out if I can polish the scratches and marks out with a buffing wheel. I had to order a second surface as my client only wanted aluminum. Now as I work on the new panel, I'm seeing tiny imperfections and the surface is incredibly difficult to work on. The brushed aluminum was meant to be my negative space and show through the art I'm disappointed in the product and I'm disappointed in the customer service.
