I picked-up some of this 'solid' ink in Peterborough, & it is gelatinous. I was desparate to finish a project, so I used some & it is amazing! I can raise the viscosity with water or specialty medium, but I just use it raw to age & darken my artwork with texture! It resembles oil or ooze. Thank you Tri-Art!

Pigment Description
Chrome oxide green is the product of 19th century innovation. This muted, warm, yellow leaning green is useful as a more opaque and colorful alternative to green earths like terre vert, but still excellent for creating subtle color mixtures. Excellent for underpainting in landscape and portraits. Not intended for airbrush or use with children.
